Pricing varies depending on the size of the coating and the tool\u2019s diameter.<br \/>\nNo matter how damaged the tool is, we can regrind almost any end mill, regardless of its condition. Most tools can be resharpened; however, if standard sharpening is not sufficient, reconditioning may be necessary. For cost-effective grinding, we recommend end mills with a diameter of \u00d8 6 mm or larger to justify the sharpening expenses. Dents and chips on the cutting edge lead to built-up edge formation and often result in the breakage of carbide end mills.<br \/>\nAfter multiple regrinds, the tool will lose its effectiveness. The rake angle and flute depth are reduced, making the end mill no longer suitable for reconditioning.
